Mary C. Evans brings more than a decade of judicial experience and a deep commitment to fair, efficient resolution of disputes to her work as a mediator with Crossroads ADR. Before her retirement, she served for eleven years as a Circuit Court Judge in Florida’s Twentieth Judicial Circuit, where she presided over a wide range of matters as a Unified Family Court judge. As a judge, Ms. Evans resolved complex family, dependency and injunctions cases. Ms. Evans was known for her thoughtful approach, strong courtroom management, and ability to guide parties toward practical outcomes while on the bench. She was admitted to The Florida Bar in 2003 after earning her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law.

(TEMA), Karl has spent more than 38 years working alongside business owners, entrepreneurs, partners, and executives to navigate business challenges, difficult negotiations, competing interests, and commercial disputes. Having founded, built, operated, and sold businesses in the United States and internationally, Karl understands firsthand the financial, operational, and personal realities behind business conflict. He completed formal mediation training through PeaceShark Mediation Training. His approach is practical, impartial, and solution-focused, helping people find common ground and explore commercially sensible resolutions that can save time, reduce costs, and preserve valuable business relationships.
