As CEO of Crossroads ADR, Jennifer M. Dages leverages her extensive experience as a family law paralegal, criminal defense private investigator, capital mitigation specialist, and family law liaison. Her career has centered around understanding people, navigating conflict, and facilitating resolution. Jennifer leads the company’s operations with a direct, honest, and strategic approach, focused on building a trusted mediation practice that delivers clear communication, practical solutions, and balanced outcomes.
Hon. Mary C. Evans (Ret.)
Hon. Mary C. Evans (Ret.) brings more than a decade of judicial experience and a deep commitment to fair, efficient resolution of disputes to her work as a mediator with Crossroads ADR. Before her retirement, she served for eleven years as a Circuit Court Judge in Florida’s Twentieth Judicial Circuit, where she presided over a wide range of matters as a Unified Family Court judge. Judge Evans resolved complex family, dependency and injunctions cases. Judge Evans was known for her thoughtful approach, strong courtroom management, and ability to guide parties toward practical outcomes while on the bench. She was admitted to The Florida Bar in 2003 after earning her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law.
